• Medicare pays 100% of qualified costs.

What are some of the conditions that may qualify me for services?

You must meet all of the following three conditions to qualify under Medicare Rules and most insurance policies:

• Have a condition requiring medical attention.
• Be unable to leave your residence without assistance.
• Be under a physician's care.
